You have just logged into the website https://www.lofrent.com of the company LOFRENT.

You must carefully read the following provisions as they constitute a contract establishing the general terms of the products and services in the electronic catalog of the company LOFRENT.

The ‘click’ that you will execute after filling out your order form constitutes the validation of your order and will be deemed an irrevocable acceptance of these general terms.

Therefore, you can only order products or services if you accept the conditions outlined below.

The following general terms and conditions govern all transactions established on the web catalog of LOFRENT. Any order placed on this site implies the customer’s unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

The present contract is a distance contract that aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the sale of products by the company LOFRENT on the Internet, through the secure online payment platform of the Interbank Monetic Center.

https://www.lofrent.com is a service and a trademark registered by LOFRENT.

In the continuation of the contract, each of the expressions mentioned above shall be understood in accordance with its definition, namely:

  • ‘Distance contract’: any contract concerning goods or services between the company LOFRENT and a Consumer within the framework of a system for selling or providing services remotely organized by the company LOFRENT, which, for this contract, exclusively uses the Internet until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.

  • ‘Consumer’: any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their professional activity.

  • ‘Order form’: a document that indicates the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be signed by them through a ‘double click’ to commit them.

  • ‘Order’: the act by which the Consumer commits to purchasing Products and LOFRENT commits to delivering them.

All products present in the catalog are sold until stocks are exhausted.

LOFRENT reserves the right to remove an item from the catalog without prior notice. In no case can it be obliged to compensate or cancel an order due to the impossibility of using the purchased product for a reason of incompatibility with the equipment already owned by the buyer.

After finding the product or products that interest you, click on the ‘order’ button, and the product is then added to your order form. You can modify your order form at any time, and you can return to the catalog by clicking on ‘continue shopping.’

When you have finished your purchases, validate your order by clicking on the ‘pay’ button.

In case of an error on your part during the input on the order form, we recommend sending us a cancellation request by email within 24 hours. After LOFRENT cancels the order, you can place a new order.

The prices mentioned in the catalog are in Moroccan dirhams excluding tax, valid at the time of consultation by the customer, and are those in effect at the time of the order.

VAT is calculated in the order form based on the applicable rate on the day of the order. The order form and transactions are conducted in Moroccan dirhams.

Any change in the rate will be automatically reflected in the prices of the products.

The order will be executed at the latest within a period of 7 days from the day following the day the Consumer placed the order.

In the event of unavailability of the ordered Product, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel the order.

The Consumer will then have the choice to either request a refund of the amounts paid within thirty days at the latest from their payment, or exchange the Product.

To settle your order, you choose the payment method among those offered by LOFRENT on the payment page.

In this case, the transaction for debiting your account is made on the day following the date of the delivery confirmation.

Your online payments are secured by the Interbank Monetic Center (CMI), which provides a fully secure payment service.

The Consumer guarantees LOFRENT that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method when validating the order form.

In the case of payment by credit card, the provisions regarding fraudulent use of the payment method as stipulated in the agreements between the Consumer and the card issuer and between LOFRENT and its bank apply.

The information requested from you is necessary for the processing of your order and is treated confidentially. You have the right to rectify the data concerning you.

From the date of delivery of your order, you have a period of 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and be fully refunded. The return shipping costs are at your expense. However, only goods returned in perfect condition for resale, complete, and in their original (unopened) packaging can be refunded.

All products sold in the catalog are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and material defects. The duration of this warranty is at least one year (from the invoice date). In the case of returning non-defective equipment, transportation and handling fees may be charged to the customer. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence.

Data recorded by the CMI on the online payment platform on behalf of LOFRENT constitutes proof of commercial transactions between you and the company LOFRENT.

LOFRENT is only obligated to fulfill its obligations to the extent that no force majeure event hinders them.
